American fugitive and hijacking suspect, Luis Armando Pena Soltren returned to the U.S. from Cuba where he had been fleeing from our legal authorities for 40 years.
In the equation of normalization of relations, the return of fugitives living in both countries needs to be discussed and negotiated. Lets hope more American fugitives will be sent back home to face the rule of law and justice.
